Kavalan Gin’s pedigree comes from the highest quality pure spirit: a malted barley that is double charcoal filtered and triple distilled in the finest copper stills. Nose: Refreshing and elegant. With juniper berries at the heart, mild herbal scents of coriander, and follows through to a fragrant finish – orange blossom, petals, zesty citrus.

Palate: A sweet, balanced gin featuring gentle sweetness from red guava, kumquat and starfruit locally grown in Taiwan, complemented by the sourness of coriander and lemon peel. Delicate aromas of juniper berry flourish across the mouth.
